Korean Spiced Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
- ½ medium-sized red onion, diced
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup K Mama Sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pound ground turkey
- Sea salt
Additional Ingredients:
- Your favorite burger buns and toppings.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, then form into golf ball-sized patties and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and assemble your burgers with any toppings/bun that you like.
