Ingredients:
Beef or plant based beef
Eggs (optional)
Breadcrumbs (optional)
Soy Sauce
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Hoisin
Honey
Rice Vinegar
Any K-Mama Sauce
Cooking instructions:
1. Prepare the Meatballs: whether you make them from scratch or opt for the convenience of frozen ones, get them in the oven for the proper bake.
2. Craft the Sauce: in a saucepan, combine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup of K-Mama sauce (choose spicy for an extra kick)
1/2 cup rice vinegar.
3. Simmer Sauce: Gently simmer low heat for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld into a delectable glaze.
4. Glaze and Serve: Once baked, coat the meatballs generously with the luscious sweet and spicy sauce. Alternatively, keep them warm in a crockpot if you're hosting a gathering. We recommend doubling the sauce recipe if you go the crockpot route.
Enjoy!
