Spicy Seoul Creamy Pasta

This quick and flavorful dish brings a fun fusion twist to your pasta night, and it’s gluten-free!

Ingredients:

 1/2 cup onion chopped 

1/4 cup garlic chopped 

Olive oil (for sautéing) 

5 tablespoons K-Mama Gluten-Free Spicy Sauce 

1 cup plain Greek yogurt 

Gluten-free spaghetti noodles (we love using Pasta Rummo Spaghetti No. 3)

Green onions (for garnish) 


Instructions: 

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain. 

2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add 5 tablespoons of K-Mama Sauce and mix together. 

3. Turn heat to low, then stir in Greek yogurt until creamy. 

4. Combine the cooked noodles in the pan with the sauce. 

5. Garnish with green onions and add an extra dash of K-Mama for more heat! 


For additional protein, throw in ground beef, sausage, or your favorite plant-based alternative. You can also swap for regular noodles or another variety of K-Mama sauce!
